Cross Training

Cold rain today, good excuse to cross train inside and focus on building up the quadriceps some more. Mission accomplished.

Elliptical - 7.1 miles in 30 minutes.
Random hills.
Level 12 out of 16.

Leg extensions, 5 sets w/ 8 reps each. 80, 90, 100, 110, 80 lbs.
